Wizards has posted an update to the Banned and Restrictions list. Changes below are effective March 12 in MTG Arena. Magic Online sees the changes take effect on March 10. Tabletop Magic is on par with Magic Online, the changes going live March 10. Here are all the Banned and Restricted updates.
